- I am a practicing mahayana buddhist, & i have also been with indian and american/hindu saints, middle eastern saints as well as many wonderful tibetan and western monks and nuns, i thank them all from the dephs of my heart for their wonderful compassionate wise teachings, i shall treasure them all for ever.

- Om Mani Padme Hum to all; i am not tibetan born this life, I am australian born with english; irish, dutch and french parents background, though i have had a past life dream of about to being killed with a machete in a building on a rocky hill with other nuns and military men armed, i knew nothing of tibet or the Dalai Lama at this time, but the dream happened the night i 1st attended a local buddhist centre in 1992 ( when i was even unaware of His Holiness's visit to Western Australia ), associated with his holiness The Dalai Lama, his pic on the wall enthralled me and i had the most wonderful phenomena that week that i shall never forget, though it took me years of searching and trying other spiritual paths, i was always drawn back to the Mahayana Path which i now am on. Yaaayyyyyyyyyy & then in 2007 i was blessed with His Holiness holding my hand at Perth airport Western Australia, one of the highlights of my life 4ever. May he come back to us over and over for ever.

- i wish i was there again without the occupation, the movies i see of tibet make me home sick even though i have not been there this lifetime.

- Dakini's Warm Breath bu judith simmer brown; Freedom In Exile the autobiography of our Precious Dalai Lama; Why The Dalai Lama Matters by robert thurman; and all my many many books about Our Holiness etc; , i shall need many rebirths to get time to read them lol. Also i nearly forgot to mention the most moving book ive ever read on Tibet >Sorrow Mountain by ani panchen, she suffered so much along with her fellow countrymen, her story made me cry so much that i must continue to highlight Tibets plight whenever and where ever i can. may anyone that does not know much about sorrow mountain and wants to know more about the occupation pleez read ani's book and dalai lama's.

Info on pal request below my text etc>>WARNING TO ALL ON THIS AND OTHER SITES THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE ARE OBVIOUS FRAUDS IVE COME ACCROSS THEM SO MANY TIMES, PLEEZ GENIUNE OR NEWBIES TO THE INTERNET TRY NOT TO FALL FOR THESE TRICKSTERS. oh and I wont be adding him as a friend, some of u may think im harsh, but they do this over and over again, also if they dont leave genuine messages in emails, as one lady from phillapines emailed many others with her hotmail address to help her with a project, sorry i didnt fall for that one either, because i looked at her profile and saw the people she fooled, and they left their hotmail address for her, doing this can leave u wide open to virus laden emails, so please be careful the chinese regime and tricksters from africa and phillaphines are rampant on the internet as they are in our home letterbox's with con lotto wins etc, I am really concerned about these people infiltrating these genuine peace sites. & block them in ur email and internet blogs u are on. luv from Tibetan Angel

I am the candle flame for Tibet on high
My country stolen mountains in the sky
Valleys weep your clouds float on by
Freedom taken from me that’s why I cry
Oh mountain trails how I miss your track
My flame burns bright I want you back
Within my soul I yearn my eyes wet
Tibet you were my life ill not forget
Why did you come take my home away?
Even then you didn’t ask I had no say
You stole my heart my spirit all I had
Now here I burn my flame bright but sad
What did I do I ask the question why
For I grow weary to see my land for I die
Here I stand you smile look down on me
Ill fight for you till my death to set you free
So many years i've suffered silent in pain
How I yearn to touch your gentle soil again
To climb to yonder mountain peek above
Once more my spirit to feel of your love

Vigil
Where are you now,with your palms together,
bowing,
your dark red robes
wrapping the wisdom
of a thousand years,
white knife peaks,
and over six thousand
monasteries?
Your home not your home
and yet your home always,
you wander,
you meditate,
you chant and pray;
you teach, you love,
or you stay
and must keep quiet.
Yet prayer flags still blow
in high Tibetan air,
prayer flags still blow
in the deep dark-eyed hearts
of your people.
There are places
the intruders,
the violators
cannot reach–
places alive with
the smiles and tears
of your lost land.
Red robed ones
with your calm eyes
upon the world,
you who pay homage
to the consciousness
in all things,
you who see far beyond
appearances:
you know past time,
you love past duality,
and yet you cry too.
The mountains of Tibet,
the vast plateaus and
green valleys,
the sky lakes and blue rivers,
the sons and daughters
of this sacred land
know and wait for you,
and for their time
within space and beyond
to be free.
