We who enjoy so much freedom in our daily lives, must be the voice of freedom for those who have none and we can no longer pretend that the peoples of Tibet are free...They are NOT!

Albatross Lost

Immeasurable beauty lives where wildlife is free...
We are so blessed to experience life
on such a beautiful planet...

Although, blind to her beauty....
industrial giants profit as they destroy
the living whales alive...
and dolphins now swim in their toxic byproducts...
If we do not defend the Living Oceans
from the industrial profiteers,
who will...

For all of time....
and the infinite universe...
we have ONE planet...

How can we be so blind... to so much beauty...

In all the universe...
We have the only Living Oceans...

Namastê!

We are all here on this earth, so to speak, as tourists. None of us can live here forever. The longer we can stay are approximately one hundred years.
Therefore, while we are here, we should try to have a good heart of our lives and do something positive and useful.
Want to live a few years or a full century, it would be unfortunate and sad passing this time exacerbating problems that afflict other people, animals and the environment.
The most important thing is to be a good person.

About Me
One year ago, I was a "hippy" living in a one room log cabin overlooking a beautiful creek .... and now HERE i am in "cyber space' connecting with ALL you incredable people from the planet, for an amazing GLOBAL CONSCIOUSNESS for the FREEDOM of the TIBETAN PEOPLE and COMPASSION WORLDWIDE!
MY... how a life can change! Ya godda love it!
Activities
My motivater needs to be one of compassion and not guilt, for if guilt is lurking in the bagkground of my motivation then I have not lessened the harm being done. Above all else, my #1 goal is to lessen the harm being done, for only then will I come to know, whole heartedly, the true meaning of COMPASSION
My Tibet
For me, Tibet has been this very strong "heart" issue and I have gathered as much info as my libraries can/do carry. So deep inside my being is this strong connection with the people and the land=it is a Mother Earth connection for me that reaches to the very core of my being. While I am not a buddhist, I whole heartedly embrace the message they have to offer for a more compassionate way of being, which we in the "power" nations so desperately need. To loose Tibet by assimilation into our "power" hungry industrialized consciousness, would/will be detrimental to the whole of humankind. We have so much to learn from Tibet, in such a short time. WE, the Peoples of the World, have been given this amazing opportunity to OPEN OUR HEARTS ,which have been so tightly closed down for so many centuries now, via the courage and compassion shown to us by the Peoples of Tibet. To liberate the Peoples of Tibet from oppression is a step to liberate the Peoples of the World= may I be free, may You be free, may WE all be free= there is no seperation... We truely are ONE

Heart felt Gratitude

My heart is overflowing with gratitude to be connected with so many wonderful people from all over the globe. I am a "new born" to this technology and live a small simple life, so the Energy/Love/Simpatico/Humaness/Compassion that is being generated via this sight is really MAGnificent. This said... please bare with me as I "learn to walk". I am grateful for any help along the way=together, hand in hand=WE journey on>>>

I am the Candle Flame

I am the candle flame for Tibet on high
My country stolen mountains in the sky
Valleys weep your clouds float on by
Freedom taken from me that’s why I cry
Oh mountain trails how I miss your track
My flame burns bright I want you back
Within my soul I yearn my eyes wet
Tibet you were my life ill not forget
Why did you come take my home away?
Even then you didn’t ask I had no say
You stole my heart my spirit all I had
Now here I burn my flame bright but sad
What did I do I ask the question why
For I grow weary to see my land for I die
Here I stand you smile look down on me
Ill fight for you till my death to set you free
So many years i've suffered silent in pain
How I yearn to touch your gentle soil again
To climb to yonder mountain peek above
Once more my spirit to feel of your love

Vigil

Where are you now,
with your palms together,
bowing,
your dark red robes
wrapping the wisdom
of a thousand years,
white knife peaks,
and over six thousand
monasteries?

Your home not your home
and yet your home always,
you wander,
you meditate,
you chant and pray;
you teach, you love,
or you stay
and must keep quiet.

Yet prayer flags still blow
in high Tibetan air,
prayer flags still blow
in the deep dark-eyed hearts
of your people.
There are places
the intruders,
the violators
cannot reach–
places alive with
the smiles and tears
of your lost land.

Red robed ones
with your calm eyes
upon the world,
you who pay homage
to the consciousness
in all things,
you who see far beyond
appearances:
you know past time,
you love past duality,
and yet you cry too.

The mountains of Tibet,
the vast plateaus and
green valleys,
the sky lakes and blue rivers,
the sons and daughters
of this sacred land
know and wait for you,
and for their time
within space and beyond
to be free.
