On this network you will find all about Tibet and HH the 14th Dalai Lama, community blog posts, videos, photos, and most important of all, friends who also want a FREE TIBET and a free world.
Our candles symbolize our non-violent pledges to work together until there is freedom for the people of Tibet.
Our universal agreement is now that Candle4Tibet will keep the flame alive until the main goal — a FREE TIBET and a free world — has been achieved.
To sustain this community of friends and keep it lively, strong, and close, the network holds a monthly « Candle For Tibet » ritual during which participants are asked to light a candle for Tibet and pray for the liberation of its people. To foster participation, the event will effectively take place over a 72-hour period starting from 6PM on the 7th day of each month until 6PM on the 10th.

It is with pleasure that we announce the Monthly Candle Ritual for May !
You are hereby invited to light a candle at any time between this Monday May 7 at 6PM and Thursday May 10 at 6PM to demonstrate your support for Tibet and renew your wish to see its people freed from their deplorable circumstances.
Please also have a thought for recently passed Beastie Boys' Adam Yauch, a longtime supporter of Tibet and organizer of the Tibetan Freedom Concert. May he awaken to his own true nature during his transmigration, or be reborn in an even more positive incarnation.
May our collective efforts bring freedom to the people of Tibet ! Svaha !

It is a more advance Hatha Yoga Asana. You should know the basics of Yoga before trying. Even if you can't try, it is beautiful to watch. Recording in Yoga Vidya Ashram Meinberg.
